Catch basin supervision helps to ensure undesirable materials (sand or gravel seams) or high water table is properly identified and address during construction . Third party verification of the pen base materials and catch basin construction may be required by the Natural Resources Conservation Board.

Catch Basin Management

A properly sized and managed catch basin will help to minimize runoff risk from the livestock operation. Volume calculations are based on runoff area and local rainfall data.
